We had a fantastic stay at Amora Hotel over the weekend for my birthday while attending the Candlelight performance at Grand on Ann. From start to finish, everything was seamless - easy parking, smooth check-in and exceptional service. The lady who assisted us at check-in was incredibly helpful and lovely. She went above and beyond, offering us a great discount on parking and even upgrading us to a premium suite at a fantastic rate. As a thoughtful birthday gesture, we were also treated to a complimentary drink each at the bar downstairs. The premium suite itself was beautiful - spacious, clean, with a great private balcony. While the floor could have used a better vacuum, the room was otherwise spotless. It would be great if slippers were provided, but that’s a minor detail. The location was perfect - just a quick three-minute walk to our show, making it super convenient. Overall, an amazing experience and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Newly renovated with lovely rooms, the Amora is a great value for the price, quality of the rooms, and central location in Brisbane. A lot is walking distance away, close to Central station, buses, ferries, and short car trips to key areas (eg. New Farm, James Street etc). We loved our modern spacious room, huge comfortable bed, and fabulous bathroom with a rainshower. It was a great retreat from the heat at the end of the day, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a small cafe/bar area near entrance and one restaurant, so you mostly need to find other places to eat in the city centre or The Valley, both walking distance away (as there's nothing close by as it's a commercial area). We enjoyed the pool and gym area too, though both got very busy so best to go early! Overall, for the price vs value, the Amora met our needs and would recommend for those seeking a comfortable room on a budget!

Excellent location close to Central Train Station, easy check-in and booked king balcony room which was spacious with included mini bar selections. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. We booked room with breakfast ($38 p/p) that had a comprehensive array of hot and cold breakfast dishes, coffee machine and continental choices, with optional personalised inclusions (omelette, eggs benedict etc.). 11am checkout which is always a bonus, relaxed reception area with space to sit, lobby cafe and restaurant on site with modern Australian menu (did not dine here on this occasion). Limited overnight room service menu but enjoyed a cheese platter after returning from our dinner out. Pleasant, helpful staff and overall wonderful stay for the night.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and professional. There was security near the front desk which provided reassurance about the safety of the property. Facilities are modern, clean and aesthetic. Bathroom is lovely and the shower head is great. Room service menu is extensive. We ordered room service one night and asked for a salad without dairy as I’m lactose intolerant, however other food ordered contained dairy (for my family who can eat dairy). We received a phone call from the kitchen to confirm and check the order and to make sure we were aware of the dairy in the other food ordered.

Hotel was fantastic, really efficient service. Parking was $15 for staying over the weekend. You do have to pay $100 bond but it gets given back to you a few days later. Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, room was spotless. White sheets, clean towels and lots of toilet accessories such as ; shampoo, body wash and little containers of cotton buds and shower cap. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold, lots of selections of different types of food. Definitely worth paying more for. We had such an amazing time here! Will be there again!
